Suite101 is an online article site that provides freelance writers with the opportunity to be published and earn residual income. I signed up with Suite101 at the end of October and have been very pleased. Not only do they provide invaluable training on writing for the web through a variety of tutorials, the editors also ensure high quality content by reviewing each article and suggesting improvements, when necessary. All around, whether you’re a reader or a writer, it’s a great place!
This month Suite101 had a Rookie Challenge in which all the newbies – those of us who had signed up since September 1 – were challenged to publish 10 articles during December. It was just the incentive I needed! I had previously published just one article during November and then life got in the way. But with the challenge, what else could I do but find the time to write?
